As we all know health is 初英very important for everyone . Without health it’s more difficult for us to enjoy a happy life. However in our life not everyone can have a healthy lifestyle.
To be healthy we should take proper exercise and have a balanced diet. Besides having a scientific timetable is also very necessary. In addition we’d better develop some good habits in our daily life and keep away from alcohol and drugs. What’s more as students we should not be addicted to addictive computer games which will distract us from study.
In a word it’s a good idea for us to keep fit. Only in this way can we live a positive life.
